- This resort is huge (900 rooms!) and is divided into several sections:
- The Beach Club was renovated in 2024. It’s the only section directly on the beach — the rest are across the harbor.
- The Tower is closest to the family pool and kids club. Renovated in 2023, it features large suites with great views (but limited outdoor space).
- The Cloister is the original hotel (opened as a Ritz in 1923!); most recently renovated in 2022.
- The Bungalows offer two-bedroom suites with full kitchens and laundry access. They’re a bit further from the main areas.
- The Yacht Club is adults-only (16+).
- This resort does not offer rollaway beds.

- Kids club is available for ages 4–12 from 10am–5pm (plus 6–9pm on Fridays and Saturdays). Open play is available from 9–10am (including the indoor playground), but kids must be accompanied by an adult.
- On the harbor side, you’ll find a fantastic zero-entry pool with a lazy river, waterslides, a pirate ship splash zone, and a Surf Rider.
- Rent one of four themed kid cabanas (pirate, princess, mermaid, or chef), stocked with toys and activities.
- There are three pools on the beach side - an adult pool, a family pool, and the "Cabana Club" pool
- The zero-entry "Cabana Club" pool is surrounded by - you guessed it - cabanas! But there's also regular seating and a small lawn with games.
- The private beach is kid-friendly. If you’re staying on the harbor side, use the hotel shuttle or water taxi to access it.

- With 16 dining options on property, there’s no need to leave the resort.
- There are several grab-and-go food options.
- Breakfast usually opens at 7am (sometimes 6am during peak periods); options include Sadelle's sit-down or grab-and-go (harbor side) and Marisol (beach side)
- Be sure to make dinner reservations early, especially during school breaks.
- At the Japanese Bocce Club, kids can play bocce while you wait for your table.
- Tower suite guests have access to the “Top of The Tower” lounge, which offers all-day food and drinks (free).
- If you're staying in a Bungalow, they can stock your kitchen for you.

Banyan Free Play is open daily from 9:00 – 10:00 am. This is not supervised and parents are required to stay with their children.
Additionally, next to Banyan Bunch is our open Family Room where crafts and locally inspired drawing kits are available for families to use any time of day.
