- Rooms are new and modern. Over half have balconies — if you want one, be sure to book that category.
- Standard rooms are available with two queen beds or with a king and either a sleeper sofa or Murphy bed.
- Junior Suites offer a king bed, twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa.
- Family Suites have a king bed and twin bunk beds. The Family Suite with Dormer also includes a twin-size trundle.
- In all suites, the bunk beds are in a small separate room (without a door).
- The “themed” Family Suite is the only suite with a door that separates the kids’ sleeping area from the rest of the suite.
- All rooms include a white noise machine with a wide variety of sound options.
- Rollaway beds and cribs are available at no charge.
- The bunk room has a cute sign where you can label who’s sleeping where, and the bunk bed blanket zips up like a sleeping bag — a fun touch for kids.
- Laundry rooms are available on the 2nd and 4th floors.

- The outdoor pool is zero-entry with a nearby splash pad and hot tub (age 16+ only). It’s open seasonally — limited hours in March, April, September, and October; full hours during summer.

- “Camp DW” offers organized children’s programming — not a drop-off club, but themed parent-and-kid activities that rotate weekly. Some are free; others are paid.
- There’s a small nature playground with a slide and wooden climbing structures.

- Poolside dining is available for lunch or dinner.
- Room service is available from 7am to 11pm.
- Dolly’s famous cinnamon bread is served at the restaurant, market, and through room service.
