- Families can choose from cabins, Airstreams, tents, or a tent + Airstream combo. All have a firepit with a grate for outdoor cooking and dining.
- Cabins and Airstreams include AC, heating, bathrooms, and kitchenettes.
- Airstreams have a queen bedbedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room, with room for a pack ’n play if you don't pullout the sofa.
- Standard Cabins include a queen bed and pullout sofa.
- Family Cabins add twin bunk beds in the hallway between the kitchen and living room, with doors to close off both areas.
- Tents have a king bed and a sofa that converts to a double bed. There’s no AC or bathroom—guests use the Clubhouse facilities—but heaters and electric blankets are provided.
- The Basecamp Suite combines an Airstream and tent side-by-side, good for families with older kids who don’t need to sleep under the same roof.
- Classic rooms are more centrally located with less privacy, while Premium rooms are farther out with better views and quiet.
- Cabins and Airstreams have locks; tents do not. The property is gated and staffed 24/7.
- Campsites aren’t very private, though quiet hours are posted (not strictly enforced).
- No daily housekeeping, but fresh towels, blankets, or sheets can be delivered on request.
- Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
- Storage space is limited, so collapsible bags are recommended.
- This is a great place for a long weekend, but you may start to feel a bit cramped on longer stays.

- 1-mile trail around the property, perfect for kids to hike or bike. There's also a small pond on property.

- On-site restaurant (7am–10pm) has a kids menu; grill kits available for pickup. It can get busy during peak times, so be prepared to wait. The food is fine, but don't plan on eating all of your meals there.
- 24-hour general store with snacks, drinks, grocery items, s’mores kits, and ready-to-cook grill kits.
- Firewood is provided for cooking or campfires, though frequent grillers may want to bring extra.
- A 10–15 minute drive brings you to restaurants and grocery stores in Woodstock and Saugerties. Local favorites: Catskill Mountain Pizza, Bread Alone Bakery, Woodstock Brewing, and Miss Lucy’s Kitchen.
