- The hotel is 40 stories, but guest rooms are only on floors 7–14 (higher floors are residences).
- Rooms do not have balconies (the balconies you see belong to residences), but all have floor-to-ceiling windows — we recommend a river view.
- Standard rooms have one king bed or two double beds (not queen). You can add a crib or pack ’n play to a double room to fit a family of five, but space will be tight (so if you’re doing this, opt for a pack 'n play).
- Standard king rooms include a sofa bed that can sleep a child, or you can request a crib or pack ’n play.
- “Superior” king rooms (on floor 7) face the pool deck. They don’t open directly onto it, but it’s a short walk down the hall. Some families like the convenience (and potential to sit poolside while the baby naps nearby), while others prefer more privacy or quiet.
- Most standard rooms offer a connecting option.
- Suites include an extra half-bath, walk-in closet, and L-shaped sofa that can sleep one or two kids, plus room for a crib or rollaway.
- All rooms have a large bathtub and separate shower, with baby toiletries provided.
- Baby gear is plentiful — families especially love the kid-sized robes and slippers.

- The rooftop infinity-edge pool (7th floor) overlooks the Cumberland River, is heated, and open year-round.
- The pool’s large shallow area (4–6 inches deep) is perfect for babies and toddlers to splash in; the rest goes up to 4 feet deep.
- The infinity edge is safter than it looks — there’s a ledge just below the drop.
- They sell pool access on ResortPass and customers can arrive starting at 10am; it doesn't feel too crowded overall, but seats in the shade do go quickly.
- Nashville storms can cause pool closures. Staff take safety seriously, but reopening after storms can be slow.
- The rooftop also has a small grassy area for kids to move around.
- Broadway is just a few blocks away — fun for a short stroll or to hear live music during the day or early evening (before it gets too loud).
- Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum is very kid-friendly, with scavenger hunts, crafts, coloring stations, and recording booths.
- Frist Art Museum has hands-on activities for kids (check out ArtQuest).
- From the rooftop, you can often hear and see concerts at Ascend Amphitheater (but, rooms are well sound-proofed from it).
- There’s no kids club, but the concierge can connect you with two recommended babysitting providers (book directly).
- The pedestrian bridge, one block away, is a fun walk for kids.
- Adventure Science Center, Nashville Zoo, and Centennial Park are all within a 10-minute drive.
- On Wednesdays in the summer there's live music on the rooftop.
- The concierge can also suggest other family activities — just ask.
- The hotel feels like a calm retreat compared to the bustle of Broadway.

- Mimo is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- In the mornings, Mimo Bar serves coffee, espresso drinks, and pastries.
- Free coffee is available in the lobby starting at 5am; rooms also have Nespresso machines.
- Rivière Rooftop, next to the pool, is great for poolside or sit-down meals and has a kids menu on request. There’s a small grassy area nearby for kids to play.
- Room service is available 24/7 but can be slow (breakfast can take 30+ minutes).
- In-room fridges are stocked mini-bars with sensors; you can request an empty one instead.
- Walkable dining options include:
- Acme Feed & Seed — casual, rooftop seating, kid-friendly.
- The Stillery — pizza and live music upstairs.
- Husk — upscale Southern food (with a kids menu).
- Germantown, East Nashville, and 12 South also have great restaurants, but require driving.
