- This resort has two areas with hotel rooms:
- Lodge Village: Close to the Cove Aquatics Center. Rooms range from 1 king bed to suites with kitchenettes that sleep 6. (Note: there’s no true door separation since the bedroom is in a loft.) All rooms have exterior access — kids can easily run outside to play.
- River Lodge: Standard rooms and suites. The River Lodge Suite doesn’t have door separation between the bedroom and living room, but the Sunriver Suite does.
- There are three additional vacation home areas:
- Sunriver Homes: Townhomes and houses ranging from 2 to 6 bedrooms.
- Caldera Springs: Luxury homes and cabins (2–7 bedrooms). Slightly farther away but includes access to two private pools and a fitness center.
- Osprey Point: A limited number of 2- and 3-bedroom homes on the golf course.
- If you want pool access, you must book your home directly through Sunriver Resort.
- Not all homes include air conditioning.

- Over 40 miles of bike paths run through the resort. There’s a bike rental shop on-site with bikes, trailers, and helmets for all ages.
- The Cove Aquatics Center offers indoor and outdoor pools, water slides, and a zero-entry area — great for keeping kids entertained for hours.
- Two pools are reserved for Caldera Springs guests:
- Quarry Pool features a splash pad and lakeside location.
- Forest House includes a water slide, multiple pools (with zero-entry), a new fitness center, family game room, and bowling.
- Onsite trail rides are available for kids 7+, and kids as young as 2 can do a pony ride.
- There’s a marina for water activities and a nature center.
- In winter, there's ice skating on property, and a shuttle takes guests to Mt. Bachelor for skiing.
- Sunriver Village has several shops, including a toy store.
- No kids club or organized babysitting.

- 11 on-site dining options, including multiple casual restaurants.
- On-site Starbucks opens at 6:30 am; Lodge Kitchen breakfast starts at 7 am.
- Room service is available from 7am–8pm.
- In the summer, there’s a weekly farmers market on property.
