- Rooms are clean and modern, with outdoor space, floor-to-ceiling windows, and walk-in closets large enough to fit a pack 'n play.
- King rooms have a sofa at the foot of the bed that can fit a small child.
- Deluxe (ocean view) rooms are worth the upgrade — the sunset views are fantastic.
- All suites include a sofa bed in the living room.
- Some guests note that soundproofing isn’t great.
- Rollaway beds are not permitted.

- The kids club (Reef Rangers) is open on Friday and Saturday from 10–12 and 2–4.

- Pool chairs do fill up during busy times.
