- All rooms have large bathtubs, a fireplace, and a terrace or balcony.
- Tahoe King rooms (500 sq. ft.) have a small sofa that could sleep a young child, as do the 750 sq. ft. Tahoe Premiere rooms (available with a king or two queens).
- All suites have a door separating the bedroom from the living room.
- The Villa Suites opened in 2022 and are available in 2–5 bedroom layouts.

- The heated outdoor pool is open year-round and offers awesome lake views. There's a large hot tub right next to the pool.
- There's a huge lawn where kids can run around or play lawn games.
- Board games are available in the Great Room, and there's often live music on weekends.
- On Thursday nights during summer, there’s a kid-friendly movie on the lawn.
- You can kayak from the resort’s dock, or have the hotel arrange a boat outing.
- In the winter, there's an on-property ice rink and a ski butler to help get your gear to the slopes (super helpful if you have young kids).
- There's no kids club or babysitting services.

- The food is very good, with both formal and casual options. Reservations are recommended for dinner.
